Sarah is talking part in the walk to raise money for the NACC (The National Association for Colitis and Crohn's Disease). Last year 830 people took part and raised nearly £65,000 to help improve life for people affected by Colitis and Crohn’s Disease. Can you help us beat these figures in 2007?

A little about Colitis or Crohn’s Disease
Far too many people have never heard of Colitis or Crohn’s Disease. Colitis or Crohn’s Disease can strike anyone at any age. However, teenagers and young adults are most at risk of developing symptoms for the first time. We want to draw attention to this fact to help people recognise warning signs and seek help sooner.
